The Crosby Estates is a guard-gated golf community on 722 acres. Its 425 homes include 70 villas, 281 guest builder homes in several neighborhoods, and 70 custom home sites, all surrounded by an18-hole private golf course . Lot size varies from .2 acres to 1.5 acres. Custom-built homes range up to 8000+ sq. ft. and $4.5 million.

The Crosby was selected as one of America’s 100 Top Golf Communities for 2006 and 2007 by Travel and Leisure Golf Magazine. The championship course, which offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, was designed by Schmidt-Curley and PGA standout Fred Couples. Located on the site of Bing Crosby’s original estate, the property includes a 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, swim and athletic club, tennis facility, and a 1.5 mile stretch of the Coast to Crest Trail along the San Dieguito River. There is access from Del Dios Highway and from the back gate off of Camino Del Sur.

The Crosby Estates are in the district for Solana Santa Fe Elementary, Earl Warren Middle School and Torrey Pines, San Dieguito Academy, an Canyon Crest Academy for high school.
